In addition, L-arginine serves as a donor formamidine group in the biosynthesis of creatine.

Application
The product is designed for physically active people and high-performance athletes. It is also intended for sexually active men.
Recommended use: 3 capsules a day – during physical effort: 1 capsule before and after training and before sleep. For people who strive to maintain sexual efficiency – 1-2 capsules before the sexual activity. Before use consult your doctor, dietician or sexologist.
